Our observation regrettably indicates that although Africa is endowed with abundant water resources, limited availability of appropriate and affordable technologies deny communities access to clean and safe water supply. Lack of access to safe and clean drinking water in turn result into unhealthy life and low productivity.
Coupled to water supply challenges, annual disease burden amongst our communities are still related to poor environmental sanitation management. Applying financial management best practices, we maintain monthly financial accountability and reports reflecting exact income and expenditure of the firm. Books of accounts and business overview are presented Management Board quarterly.
The company maintains fiduciary with annually audited accounts. Competent auditors or firm of auditors freely access books of accounts and any sources of information for performance of their duties. Our partners and relevant authorities have full access to the audited reports.
Our team members combine their collective decades of experience in both profit and nonprofit management and program administration with a willingness to meet your needs.
With over 19 years of humanitarian and development project experience, with focus in WASH, Project Management, training and infrastructure development. Most recently he held position of State-based Procurement and Engineering Training specialist with cowater International, under World Bank funded LOGOSEED project in Republic of South Sudan. Previously he worked with Hope for Children as Project Coordinator in slum areas of Namuwongo of Kampala(Uganda). He also worked with Oxfam Intermon as WASH Manager, based in South Sudan. He had served as Infrastructure Engineer with World Vision, based in Western Equatoria State, South Sudan.
He previously also worked with American Refugee Committee (ARC) for nearly six years at different positions. He joined at Water & Sanitation Officer level in Sudan and promoted to WASH Program Manager position a year after then to Program Engineer position and finally a six months mission in Haiti as WASH Coordinator position during post-earthquake emergency response. Prior to joining ARC, Titus also worked with WaterAid as Assistant Programme Coordinator in Uganda. Titus Work with Action Against Hunger as Water Officer then promoted to Deputy program manager position in Uganda.
With over 5 years work experience in fields of construction site supervision and administration. He recently served in GIESEL Construction Company as Project site engineer for 10 months.
6 years of work experience as geologist, with AUC Mining (U) limited, MESSO Farmers (U) Ltd, MEGHA Minerals & Mines Ltd and Gulf resources Uganda Ltd / East African Vermiculite.
Has extensive experience in business management and accounting.
He is self-motivated person, very resourceful, reliable and has excellent organizational skills coupled with his over 14 years of experience in borehole drilling operations.
